DESCRIPTION
Our proposal is based on the concept of townhouses. This urban figure is characterized by an assertive alignment on the public space and a figure with indents towards the private gardens.
We propose to adopt a clear attitude towards the public space. We advocate a very urban street, with no residual spaces likely to be sources of various nuisances (storage, undesirable parking, degradation...). We do not want a street with a succession of poorly lit alleys that will become open-air parking lots or storage areas.
