DESCRIPTION

The North cluster is dedicated to housing. Our concept is based on a coherent and qualitative approach to both shared and private spaces, in order to ensure a future living environment that can be described as peaceful. Our reflection is articulated around and froms the relationships between the built environment and open spaces in the organization of the block. The desired impression of calm and serenity, finds its origin in the discrete but continuous link existing between the dwellings and their intrinsic qualities, the different "living situations" that the spaces favors, as much in the common places as in the private ones, and also through the quiet expression of the facades qualifying the rue des Provinces Françaises, from the heart of the block, passing by the view from the university.
