DESCRIPTION

This residence is located in the city of Pantin, 4 rue Alix Doré. It’s on the invitation of Acantys that we realized a feasibility on this parcel. We proposed the creation of a parking lot in the basement and 23 housing units on 3 floors.

A single vertical circulation, composed of an elevator and a staircase serves the 4 levels. The dwellings benefit from a double orientation and a common exterior space.
