DESCRIPTION
This project for a staff restaurant in Saint-Rémy-Lès-Chevreuse is distinguished by its careful landscape insertion. The building extends horizontally around the volume of the existing restaurant. Designed as a light and ribbed timber hull, the shape of the building is reminiscent of an old ship. Its generously glazed facades look out over the ponds and the picturesque park of the headquarters. This space for collective catering is occasionally transformed into a reception room for conventions.
