DESCRIPTION
This project concerns the rehabilitation of a former police station (gendarmerie) into 20 dwellings and 4 individual houses.
The building has been designed in a very rational way and the project of transformation into housing seeks to fit subtly into the existing framework: Without transforming the overall exterior volumetry, new balconies have been created on the façade.
In the bottom of the plot, unbuilt, we have created additional housing through the new construction of 4 individual houses. We have tried to give the houses an East, South and West orientation.
