DESCRIPTION

The project consists of refurbishing a SNCF young workers' home. 
The 128 existing rooms will be renovated and enlarged to improve their comfort, and 20 rooms will be created in the existing building volume.
The rehabilitation project also includes the renovation of the common areas, the thermal refurbishment of the building, and the total renovation of the facades.
The existing rooms didn't have a kitchenette or private toilet, these facilities are integrated into each new living unit. 
The project creates a new façade allowing the integration of loggias inside the living spaces in order to increase the living space of the rooms, as well as a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet.
