DESCRIPTION

This project is part of a vast urban project to upgrade and renew the image of the neighborhood by improving the quality of existing housing buildings. The whole project is part of a sustainable and ecological approach. 

It is made possible by various actions. First of all, by improving the thermal comfort of the dwellings through the installation of external thermal insulation and the replacement of all the windows. It also aims to improve the spatial quality of the apartments by integrating balconies across the entire width of the appartement.
