DESCRIPTION

The project concerns the construction of 81 senior housing units of different typologies, in a 5 floors building, in an existing residential context. 

The common spaces located on the ground floor extend over several areas of the parcel to create collective green spaces.
The layout of the balconies gives character to the facade, and allows a better luminosity by privileging the southern orientation and by avoiding at most the vis-à-vis between the various residents.
