DESCRIPTION
This major rehabilitation project of a traditional faubourien building complex will enhance the value of the property through a comprehensive renovation program. The work will include addressing structural defects, improving thermal and energy performance, as well as upgrading service quality and enhancing the buildings overall.
The redevelopment and depaving of the outdoor areas, particularly the central courtyard, will allow for the creation of a cool island.
The common areas and residential units will also undergo renovation to improve the comfort of residents.
