DESCRIPTION

The project concerns the refurbishment of 38 dwellings and the construction of 12 new housing units by elevating the existing building. This extension was designed as a true roofing project to improve integration with the surrounding building.
The works on the existing housing units include improvement works in the private spaces, the repair of the common areas and the increase of the thermal performance by the implementation of an external insulation and a new finishing of the façade.
For the construction of the new housing units in elevation, the reinforcement of the existing structure is planned as well as building a light timber structure directly supported by the existing building.
