DESCRIPTION

The project consists of the refurbishment of an SNCF young workers' home. 
The 128 existing rooms will be renovated and enlarged to improve their comfort, 20 rooms will be created in the existing volume of the building.
The rehabilitation project also includes the renovation of the common areas, the thermal refurbishment of the building and the total renovation of the facades.
The existing rooms do not have a kitchenette or private toilet, these facilities will be integrated into each living unit. 
The project foresees the realization of a new façade allowing the integration of loggias inside the living spaces in order to increase the living space of the rooms, with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
