DESCRIPTION

The project aims to construct a single 4-storey building with a basement level that will house 16 residential units and two commercial premises.

The project is located on a unique plot of land at the junction between the pavilion fabric of Rue des Ardennes and the built-up front along Avenue Pasteur. Therefore, the project must ensure a smooth transition between these two building scales.
