DESCRIPTION
Construction of a new housing development under the Community Land Trust (Bail Réel Solidaire) scheme for APILOGIS, also including a commercial/activities space.
The shape of the plot led to the design of two distinct buildings. The site’s natural slope creates a play of levels, resulting in a staggered relationship between the two volumes. Walkways, forming a single circulation core, provide the connection between the buildings. Their generous dimensions allow for the creation of shared, convivial spaces that encourage interaction among residents.
The apartments are predominantly oriented south to benefit from solar gain and to offer the clearest possible views.
