DESCRIPTION

This 330m² apartment in Madrid has three bedrooms with dressing rooms and private bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, and a separate kitchen. This project intends to free the facade and the patio to ensure the fluidity of the spaces and natural light into the apartment.

This fluidity is also reflected in the partitioning of the housing. Particular care was taken with the millwork: the sliding doors blend into the thickness of the walls to modulate the spaces. This sense of detail is also reflected in integrating technical elements such as air conditioning or household appliances.
