DESCRIPTION

The aim of this restructuring project for this building (built bewteen 1930s and 1940s) is to improve the thermal and acoustic comfort of the apartments.

In order to respect the building’s identity, and to preserve the neighborhood’s memory, the choice was made to insulate the interior of the building, thus keeping the brick façade. All the woodwork will be changed and the various elements of the facade restored (railings, shutters). 
The common use premises are integrated into the annex which will be entirely rebuilt.
