DESCRIPTION

This project is part of the strategic plan Paris Habitat patrimony’s refurbishment in order to improve their real estate complex. This refurbishment is allowed by various actions apprehended in their totality. 
First of all, the quality of service will be improved the research of potentialities of installation on the ground floor (dustbins, rooms for bicycles - strollers) but also the demineralization of the grounds to constitute an island of freshness. It also aims to renovate the interior common areas. As far as housing units are concerned, it will be brought up to standard and improved comfort-wise, by working on summer comfort, improving ventilation and insulating weak points.
