DESCRIPTION

This residence, located in Fontenay sous-bois, 49 rue Epoigny, was acquired by l’immobilière 3F. Following a consultation, we were awarded by a bid. We carried out the restoration of the facades, the improvement of the whole building with rehabilitation of the common areas with a smoke extraction device on the roof and the interior improvement of every apartments.
We demolished a house on the first floor in the rear part of the parcel to create a shared garden for every residents.
